Role Overview

This co-op position is designed as a long-term career development opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on project success. It is ideal for students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in software testing, automation, and technical support.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated student with experience in TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js. Experience with Mocha, Chai, Karma, Mockery, Sinon, SuperTest, and NYC testing frameworks is a plus. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of our software, and provide top-notch technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via synchronous (live) and asynchronous (ticket-based) communication to resolve customer issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to implement bug fixes, new features, and enhancements.
  • Document and track contributions using JIRA Software.
  • Improve test coverage by developing and maintaining unit and integration tests with relevant tools and frameworks.
  • Review merge requests for user experience, code style, functionality, and potential regressions.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of software development and testing principles.

  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
