Job Description: I
We are currently looking for a motivated student with experience in TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js. Experience with Mocha, Chai, Karma, Mockery, Sinon, SuperTest, and NYC testing frameworks is a plus. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the quality and reliability of our software, and provide top-notch technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via synchronous (live) and asynchronous (ticket-based) communication to resolve customer issues.
- Work closely with the development team to implement bug fixes, new features, and enhancements.
- Document and track contributions using JIRA Software.
- Perform quality assurance testing on code releases.
- Improve test coverage by developing and maintaining unit and integration tests with relevant tools and frameworks.
- Review merge requests for user experience, code style, functionality, and potential regressions.
- Writing technical documentation for end users.
