Role Overview

This co-op position is designed as a long-term career development opportunity, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on project success. It is ideal for students or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in client relationship management, customer support, communications, and digital marketing.

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a motivated student with experience in client communications, digital marketing and content creation. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to the end user support channel, maintaining client relationships, developing partner-facing materials, managing social media content, supporting growth via ad-hoc content creation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the daily operations of the front line customer support team
  • Build and maintain a digital marketing asset library (flyers, guides, HTML content)
  • Design marketing materials for events and partner outreach
  • Improve onboarding emails, demo follow-ups, and partner communications
  • Draft and send product release notes to partners
  • Create social posts, videos, and blog content for new features and updates
  • Collaborate with teams to produce content for key audiences and verticals
  • Develop educational materials (webinars, SupaDemos, how-to videos)
  • Support ad campaigns (YouTube, LinkedIn, vertical-specific content)
  • Integrate marketing content into onboarding and admin tools
  • Research competitors and suggest content improvements
  • Create branded user guides for end users of partners

Required Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a marketing, communications, or related university program
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic HTML/CSS and email formatting skills
  • Clear writing and editing skills for professional, B2B content
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Figma
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, and Slack
  • Ability to create and edit recordings and marketing videos
  • Organized and self-motivated with good time management
  • Basic understanding of digital and content marketing
  • Interest in SaaS, telecom, or B2B technology

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience creating marketing assets (emails, one-pagers, guides)
  • Experience with end user support and/or client relationship management
  • Familiar with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Exposure to tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
  • Knowledge of white-label or channel marketing
  • Experience with events, webinars, or video production
